Stuttgart  Autohaus was started in Tucson by Mr Ed Kocher in 1974. Ed traveled from his home country in Germany with his wife Trudy.

Ed is from Stuttgart Germany.  “Stuttgart the cradle of the automobile”.

Ed started as a mechanic in Germany at Hahn Automobile in Fellbach which STILL is a Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche dealership.

Ed brought his training to Tucson AZ and started Stuttgart Autohaus with the ideals of German perfectionism and to provide his customers the trustworthiness and honesty they deserve. The way a business should be run.

​

Stuttgart Autohaus has lasted 50 years from adhering to this philosophy. Not a small feat for a small business.

​

Andy Aragon worked many years under Mr Kocher leadership, over a decade.

The ownership of Stuttgart Autohaus has passed to Andy Aragon.

​

Andy says “It's not an easy task to learn from a perfectionist but I did take to heart and the way I do business is a credit to him. And we honor Ed Kochor by not doing the job the easy way but the way Ed would do it  and run the business today the way he taught me, not the easy way but the right way.

 

Andy had left to start his own business, the Revolvstore, which had became the place to bring your Volvo in Tucson for professional service.

 

It has come full circle, Andy has come back to Stuttgart Autohaus to run the business the way Mr Ed Kocher had taught him.

 

After 50 years one thing has not changed from what Mr Kocher started in 1974
